WHAT IS ALPHA?

Alpha is a place to discuss and discover ... ask anything! Alpha is a place where no question is too hostile or too simple and 'high pressure' is not tolerated.

It’s relaxed, low key, friendly and fun. Come as you are.

There is a meal together at the beginning of each session which gives an opportunity to get to know each other.

The Alpha course is a low risk opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

The Alpha course consists of a series of talks on topics such as “Christianity: Boring, Untrue, or Irrelevant,” “Who is Jesus?,” “Why did He die?” and “Why and how do I pray?”

After each talk we have a time of discussion in small groups.

WHO IS ALPHA FOR?

Alpha is for everyone, especially:

• Anyone who wants to meet new friends
• Those who want to explore the meaning of life
• Those wanting to investigate Christianity
• Newcomers to the church
• Those who want to brush up on the basics

WHAT WILL IT COST?

There is no charge for the Alpha course but free-will donations for the food are allowed.
